Revitalizing local communities through brain training rhythm exercises
Mission
belief
We aim to revitalize and revitalize communities through dance and movement.
Dance is a universal activity of mankind.
In primitive times, it was used as a form of “prayer,” and today it has taken root as a culture of “dialogue” with oneself and nature, as well as “health and enjoyment.
The appeal of dance is to connect with yourself and with others.
You can imagine yourself as the person you want to be and feel your growth through practice. By overcoming the common obstacle of “I can't do it,” supporting each other, and sharing joy together, we can realize a society that recognizes diversity and aims for harmonious coexistence.
We contribute to the regeneration and revitalization of communities through dance and exercise.
With the keywords "health," "fun," and "self-reflection" as our focus , we aim to connect the mind and body and improve vitality.
Dance connects mind and body, and people.
Let's respect diversity and create a bright future together.
