Announcement of seminar on dementia

A seminar on dementia will be held at Midorigaoka Cultural Hall on May 30th. Dr. Hisashi Ishimori, the director of Tokyo Metropolitan Oishimori Neurosurgery and a brain surgeon, will be speaking at the seminar. The seminar will run from 13:30 to 16:00.

The event will also feature a dementia prevention exercise program called "Brain Training Rhythm Exercises." This program will introduce rhythmic exercises to activate the brain and allow participants to try them out.
